Refund Policy

Effective June 2026.

The 30-day free trial is there so you can decide before you ever pay a cent. Because of that, the policy below is simple.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from the manage subscription page — enter the email you bought with and you'll get a sign-in link. Cancel during the free trial and you're never charged at all. Cancel after that and you keep full access through the end of the month you've already paid for; you're simply not billed again. Your data is on your phone and stays yours regardless.

Refunds

• Refunds go to the original payment method, processed through Lemon Squeezy; your bank typically posts them within 5–10 business days.
• You never have to justify a request — but we do read the reasons you send, and they help decide what gets fixed first (for example, "it stopped capturing after a DoorDash update").
• If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of emailing us, it freezes into a slower formal process for both of us — please give us the chance to make it right first.
